  • We are delighted to announce 5 tracks of the CSCMP Europe conference, ensuring you will be able to select the right sessions for a bespoke conference experience. Whether you choose to follow one track and deep dive into the topic, or combine your program from the different areas, the high level speakers and session will provide a unique conference for every participant.

  • On 17 May, the first day of the conference will be officially opened with the General Session, by a warm welcome from Remko van Hoek, which is the CSCMP Chairman & President. Afterwards, Allard Castelein, the CEO of the Port of Rotterdam, will present his vision of the future supply chain within the Nr.1 port of Europe and Nr.9 worldwide!

    The General Session will continue with, Javier Gomes, the Program Manager at Heineken S&OP Core, will present us more about the complex process of Global Supply Chain Planning.

    Then, the supply chain of an F-35 fight plane, will be presented to the attendees by Rene De Koning, which was appointed by the Dutch Ministry of Transportation to orchestrate the successful Dutch bid for the F-35 service parts warehousing and fulfilment to most F-35 operating countries outside the USA.

    During the day, our guests and CSCMP community will participate in presentations, with the opportunity to engage actively with their questions, on the latest trends and topics within the global Supply Chain Management community, such as Blockchain, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Supply Chain Finance. 

    Of course, all the golden-knowledge-nuggets and impressions will be discussed during the one hour lunch from 12:45 to 13:45, in which all attendees, guests and CSCMP members are invited to expand their network and potentially form new business relationships.

  • On 18 May, the second day of our event, the General Session will begin with a presentation from Amazon's EU Director Sean Olson-Roy, which will present the insight's, strategies and execution of Amazon's Transportation, in an environment in which the customer's requirements and the market are constantly changing. 

    Additionally, the General Session will continue with the "Logistics of a Successful Satellite Lunch" presented by Dr. Paul McNamara, which is the project scientist for LISA and LISA Pathfinder (LP) for the European Space Agency.

    After a 30 minute coffee break, you can choose to attend any individual track on topics such as IBM Watson, the Workshop Cost to Serve Maturity, a case-study by Quicargo on Real-Time Capacity Pooling Between LSP’s, Innovation in the future supply chain, the Battle of Certifications and Education in Supply Chain, or the workshop on Blochckain SME trade solution developed by We.trade.

    Other topics you can choose to attend are "The Added Value of Control Towers", the case-study of "E-Learning in the Port of Rotterdam", Virtual Reality, or "Robots Enhance the Warehousing Operations Productivity" among others.
